Coronavirus has thrown all our lives upside down in one way or another and I am currently offering sessions remotely via Zoom or the telephone as an alternative to face to face counselling. I am qualified and experienced in working online so that you get the most out of working in this accessible way. You can choose to engage in our sessions from the comfort of your home, at work or wherever feels safe for you.
Online counselling is carried out via a secure and encrypted web platforms. Virus and spyware definitions are regularly updated on my computer – I please ask that you carry out similar safety precautions on your own computer. I also recommend you use a private and quiet space in which to carry out your online counselling which will feel safer for you to explore any difficult issues. I will make sure I do the same.
I have started seeing clients face to face again since the beginning of September and am able to offer you a space in which we can be socially distanced and meets Government guidelines. This is in Hove in East Sussex. I am happy to discuss whatever concerns you may have with regards your own safety.
I offer an initial free session so that we can see if we could work well together.
